Adjusting to Our New Normal
Here at BCWR we are adjusting to our new normal. In the last week we have even started adoptions, however, life at BCWR looks very different now. We would love to go back to our “open days” when you come visit, relax, have a cuppa and “browse” our cats and kittens available.
Our new normal does not allow this. Instead our litters come back from fosterers one at a time – this means there is sometimes a limited choice. We trust that our adopters are happy to adopt a cat or kitten regardless of colour or breed. Cats never show their true personality in a rescue environment very rarely in a rescue environment will a cat or kitten leap out of their unit and jump on your knee and purr.
We are currently not taking any more adoption enquiries – this will be reviewed on the 1st of June. If you are offered an appointment at the rescue with a view to adopt… please remember you are lucky … they are all worthy of a loving home and we will try our best to match cats personalities to families..
B&Q offer a fantastic colour matching service… which we simply can’t.
