BCWR’s (not in) London Marathon Completed!
So today many of our volunteers and their families took part in the BCWR (not in) London Marathon Challenge. We together ran/walked/bounced and cycled one and a half Marathons… Totaling just under 40 miles.
I personally am self isolating ATM and cycled a mile on my exercise bike upstairs whilst one of our volunteers was working really hard with the kitties downstairs. Rescue life is really tough at the moment, physically, financially and above all emotionally. These little fun things we do bring us together… Whilst we are apart.
