Bluebell Update

Bluebell arrived with us yesterday.
Bluebells history is a little sketchy but she was presented at the rescue yesterday evening with severe flu symptoms and possibly a broken hind leg.

We sought emergency veterinary advice yesterday however Bluebell was too poorly to consider an anesthetic for xrays.
We have nursed Bluebell intensively for the last 24 hours and will continue to do so.

Whilst still very poorly, Bluebell is much brighter this evening and is taking her feeds well.
Her temperature is now stable and we are hopeful that our little Bluebell will be well enough tomorrow for further investigations.
