A Tail with a happy ending
We are delighted to tell you that 15 year old Burt (actually called Grant) has now been reunited with his owner.
Sadly this was through the power of Facebook… which takes time and a lucky chance that someone recognised him. … a microchip would have got him home much quicker!!
Grant has now been microchipped prior to going home and we have just registered the chip.
We have spoken to Grants usual veterinary practice and discussed his dental and new diagnosis of hyperthyroidism .
His owners are delighted to get him back and will be taking Grant to the vets this afternoon to discuss his treatment going forward.
