Carrots Therapy Day – And Meeting Panto Stars!

Carrots has been a busy boy today volunteering at the Marie Curie Hospice in Bradford.
Carrots has met lots of friends including patients, staff, visitors and even some of the Panto Stars from this years Pantomime at Bradford’s Alhambra Theatre, including Paul Chuckle, Faye Tozer, and Billy Pearce!

Carrots spent time in the Hospice’s Day Therapy Unit and then sat with in their rooms on the ward. Carrots spent over an hour with one patient who described her experience with Carrots as being ” heavenly”.

Carrots and I absolutely love volunteering at the hospice.
Therapy pets really can make such a difference in the hospice.
