Mini and Maxi Update
Little Mini exactly 7 days ago when Maxi made a dramatic entrance into this world.
Mini was a stray and had been in labour several days.
Sadly she had already given birth to one deceased kitten, and when they opened her up there were 2 rotting inside mum and one of those was physically stuck in the birth canal….Then there was little Maxi who was gently lifted out of Mini.
Despite having major abdominal surgery Mini is now recovering really well, is now off intravenous fluids. She is a super mum however, there is very little milk production and we are helping Mini out by feeding little Maxi every 90-120 mins.
Mini and Maxi remain on our Critical Care Ward in intensive care however are currently doing really well.
