New Arrival: Chloe
New arrival this evening @BCWR.
This is 5 year old Chloe.
Chloe has just been rescued by police officers following a welfare visit, due to concerns raised by a support worker who could not gain access to the property in the usual way.
It is believed that Chloe’s owner has been laid deceased for 7 to 10 days and Chloe has had no access to food or water.She has already has emergency treatment and we are confident that with continued care over the next few days that she should make a full recovery.
