New Arrival: Volvo

New arrival @ BCWR tonight, this is 5 (ish)week old Volvo.
Volvo has been found in a car engine and has possibly been trapped there for quite some time.
Volvo is very dehydrated and also has sustained a tail injury, likely to have been trapped or crushed.
Volvo has had emergency care, will be nursed overnight and reviewed by our vets in the morning.
Volvo is far too young and fragile to be even thinking about his future adoption.
It is a sad sad fact that Bradford is haemorrhaging injured and ill young stray cats and kittens at the moment and as a result putting rescues under immense pressure.
We will be launching our kitten food appeal tomorrow.
