New Arrival: Winter
This 6-7 week old “Winter”.
Little Winter was apparently found on a busy roadside in Bradford.
Winter is so cold that her temperature is not detectable, she is dehydrated and believed to have several injured limbs including at least one fracture and a head injury.
She is unconcious, severely hypothermic, hypoglycaemic and anaemic. Winter is too poorly to have her injuries fully assessed at this time and all efforts are going in to attempting to save her little life.
She is receiving intensive care, glucose, intravenous fluid therapy and is being warmed up.
Our amazing vets and nurses at Northcote Veterinary Surgery and volunteers are fighting so hard to try save this little life despite the odds being against us.
