New arrival Bradford Cat Watch Rescue and Sanctuary today.
This is Nutmeg.
Nutmeg was found by a member of the public this morning in BD9 unable to walk or stand.
This afternoon xrays under general anesthetic revealed a serious injury, a fractured pelvis.
We believe that Nutmeg is not a young cat possibly around 10 years old.
Nutmeg is safe and warm tonight at the Sanctuary and receiving around the clock intensive care and strong pain relief.
We will be monitoring her very closely over the next 72 hours, especially looking out for bladder movements.
