Police Found Abandoned Cats
New arrivals at Bradford Cat Watch Rescue and Sanctuary.
❤ We dont know the circumstances leading up to this rescue and there is no suggestion of crime or cruelty committed. ❤
This evening we were contacted by the police who entered a property with force due to concerns for the tenants welfare.
It is likely the tenant hasn’t been there for some time, 7 to 10 days.
Shockingly there was a deceased cat who was stuck in a tilt and turn window who obviously was fighting for survival and inside the property were 2 young cats who are emaciated, dehydrated and starving.
The poor cats were terrified however seem settled and felt safe with us last night. They had emergency care and were all warm and cosy. We nursed them overnight.
