Wilma Update
Little Wilma came to is dreadfully ill 9 days ago with a fractured jaw. She had to have her jaw wired and a feeding tube placed.
Shortly after arriving with us had to start some stronger pain relief and antibiotics as well as intravenous fluids.
In the last 48 hours her condition has much improved, we removed the fluids initially and then 2 days ago removed the feeding tube too.
Wilma is now enjoying a mixture of A/D and Felux as good as it looks pouches.
The wire in her jaw will remain in place for up to 8 weeks and then will be removed under sedation. See the below YouTube link for a video of Wilma tucking in!
