Carrots visits 94th Bradford Rainbows Group

Last night Carrots took the volunteers to join 94th Bradford Rainbows group. This is part of the Girl Guiding movement and caters for little girls aged 5 – 7 years old.

The girls learnt all about responsible pet ownership, told stories of their own cat and decided that as Carrots has never seen himself in a mirror they all wanted to tell him how BEAUTIFUL he really is. Each girl thought of a different word meaning beautiful and told Carrots how “beautiful” he was. The children also designed posters to help our visitors how to look after cats and what their needs are.
