Happy 100th Birthday to our Purrrfect Companion!
Today we have been visit our Purrfect Companion volunteer Kathleen who is an amazing 100 years old today!
She was proud to show me her card from the King and Queen Consortmand “thinks that card is worth keeping”.
Kathleen lives with her 80 year old niece Christine independently and they are our oldest (and most delightful) volunteers at Bradford Cat Watch Rescue & Sanctuary .
Together they foster 16 year old Harry and we visit Christine, Kathleen and Harry regularly to offer any support required.
Later today they will be watching “Some Like it Hot” on a giant screen with family in their own home and enjoying icecream and popcorn.
