Muriel Update
Its 36 hours since Muriel arrived with us and yesterday she had radiographs on.her injured leg that was likely caused by a dog attack.
Radiogra have revealed an oblique fracture of tibia and fibula which requires urgent surgery as injury is already 5 days old
Our vets Northcote Veterinary Surgery have liased with Leeds Vet Centre and we now have a plan.
Muriel will undergo complex Orthopaedic surgery tomorrow to hopefully save and fix her leg.
The surgery alone will be around £1500 ( which is an amazingly discounted rate) and we need to raise in the next 24 hours) let alone previous xrays,, future xrays, rehabilitation and medication.
