Ned and Nessie Update
Who remembers Ned and Nessie who have been with us several weeks now.
Ned has much improved and and just needs to grow a little bit more before he is neutered.
Poor Nessie has undergone major surgery this afternoon in a bid to save her eye.
Gemma Townsend and the fabulous team at Northcote Veterinary Surgery have done exploratory surgery and have been inventive on their approach to repair the eye.
We are very much hoping that Nessie will soon be out of our critical care recover and be able to be reunited with her brother Ned.
We will know in 10 days if the surgery has been a success .
