New Arrival: Asym
New emergency arrival at Bradford Cat Watch Rescue and Sanctuary.
This is 1 year old Asym.
Asym has a serious facial injury, most likely a fractured jaw.
He was taken into a vets in Leeds 5 days ago following being kicked in the head.
Because the witness didnt disclose who the assailent was (.most likely a domestic incident) the RSPCA were unable to pursue a prosecution and subsequently felt in light of this, that they couldnt help Asym.
When we were contacted we offered to help him immediately, arranged consultation and xrays with Northcote Veterinary Surgery on Monday once he is hopefully stablised and collected him yesterday evening.
Asym is comfortable, managing to eat alittke and on pain relief and antibiotics.
