New Arrival: Billy

New arrival at BCWR.
This is Beautiful Billy.
Billy is almost 8 years old and was a very much loved pet and his owner is now too unwell to look after him.
Billy is a little overwhelmed by life at the moment however we know in a settled environment he is such a sweet and affectionate boy.
