New Arrival: Carrie
New emergency arrival at Bradford Cat Watch Rescue and Sanctuary This lunchtime.
This is tiny Carrie.
I got a text on my phone at midnight ( actually saw it at 5.30am) saying a kitten was found injured and shaking in a garden in Bradford.
I responded immediately and finally the individual brought him down ( had to meet him at a local shop ) at 1pm. … wrapped so tight in a blanket and in a bloody B&M carrier bag!!!
Aside of suffocation, Carrie likely has multiple injuries besides. She is barely conscious and too poorly for a detailed xray.
Carrie is only around 8 weeks old and will be nursed in intensive care by our Critical Care Team.
Carrie will be reviewed in the morning by our amazing team at Northcote Veterinary Surgery.
