New Arrival: Kale
This is poor Kale.
Kale is not a young cat and he has been seen for the last 7 days in a garden. His finders were most concerned as he was struggling to mobilise.
When he arrived at the rescue it was clear to us that he was injured (possibly a fractured pelvis) and also obviously blind.
Goodness knows how long he has been struggling on the streets but now he is safe and warm. Kale has already had emergency care and will be reviewed by our vets at Northcote tomorrow morning. Despite the increasing difficulties be we are facing due the the pandemic we remain committed to helping the cats in most need of urgent care.
