Wilma was taken to a vets a few days ago following being found slumped at the side of the road.
Considering her injuries she most probably has been involved in a traffic collision.
She has a severe fracture to the jaw which has been wired and as a result she cannot eat and requires nutritional support through a feeding tube .
Wilma is also very dehydrated therefore is also on intravenous fluids too.
Wilma is currently receiving around the clock care and is deemed critical tonight.
She is having a combination of antibiotics, strong pain relief and magic mouth wash.
It’s going to be a long night at the rescue.
