Terrible Tuesday: Eddie

Today is Terrible Tuesday.
This is little Eddie.
Eddie has come to us via a social worker who has been working with a family and has witnessed poor Eddie being thrown around by his legs, children boasting about “boxing” with him and generally being unkind.
He was not fed a nutritious diet and was removed from mum and placed with this dangerous family far too young.. he is only around 6-7 weeks now!!
We are not entirely sure what Eddie’s injuries are however we are caring for him tonight in intensive care on our Critical Care Ward, treating him from shock and hopefully tomorrow he will be strong enough for further investigations.
