Eddie Update
Little Eddie has been with Bradford Cat Watch Rescue & Sanctuary exactly 14 days today and it has certainly been a turbulent two weeks for Eddie.
Eddie came to us via social services when a social worker was concerned for Eddie’s welfare and physical health.
In the last 2 weeks Eddie has been a challenge to nurse due to his unwillingness to eat. At the 11th hour just before a feeding tube was about to be inserted following very strong pain relief Eddie began to eat so no feeding tube was inserted.
We believe that believe that during his time spent in the home he was removed from, that Eddie sustained head trauma resulting in facial injuries, pain, brain injury which has resulted in vision issues too.
Eddie is on the road to recovery however remains on our Critical Care Ward in intensive care.
